The more you looked the more you found!

The company has taken into account the plants that are there and will include those seeds in their seed mix to go round the edges. It's not going to help what's there but the larval food plants should hopefully help the butterflies in the future. When I chat to people about the habitat that's lost around the country it's amazing there's anything left now let alone in the future!David Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03502132501284276575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5455653397729185490.post-23008470949824253852015-06-02T21:01:46.854+01:002015-06-02T21:01:46.854+01:00Ha ha there is hope for us all indeed. You can read more about her here - http://www.goodrick.info/eleanor_glanville.htm

Many thanks for your nice comments too, I upload my pics to Facebook/Twitter and Flickr but through blogging you can tell the stories behind them too which to me is much more important. Images are great to look at but memories should be cherished :-)

Oh and I'm pretty sure there's 5 too but the more you look the more you see an odd tail end or foot that doesn't quite match up lol David Jameshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03502132501284276575noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5455653397729185490.post-79919662463080249272015-06-02T20:56:43.515+01:002015-06-02T20:56:43.515+01:00Thank you Anthony, I'm pleased to enjoyed it. ...Thank you Anthony, I'm pleased to enjoyed it. I'm going to opt for 7 maybe 8 lizards in that pile.
It's sad that we seem to be loosing more and more habitats here in Northamptonshire. This seems even more pointless speaking from someone whose worked 20+ years in the logistics industry. The really tragic thing is the warehouse that's being built the company already has a huge building on Brackmills which in turn was built on fantastic spot and will probably now stand empty, really pointless!
Have you considered approaching both the company and local council with a view of them creating habitats to make up for the lost habitat. Such a wonderful array of fascinating species, beautifully photographed and described. Each encounter is singularly special in terms of the nature you’re exploring but, added together, it’s an absolute feast! Loved it! Also, I was particularly pleased to discover that Lady Granville had such a beautiful butterfly named after her, in spite of being judged a lunatic. There’s hope for us all ;o)!Lucy @ A Natural Interludehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10239907920826512177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5455653397729185490.post-87411361415199649662015-06-02T19:38:24.055+01:002015-06-02T19:38:24.055+01:00Absolutely fabulous blog and first class photograp...Absolutely fabulous blog and first class photography.
